Payment Information
Tenka Flexible Packaging accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, & Discover). Terms are also available for qualified customers. Please inquire with your sales representative if you would like to apply. COD and prepaid shipments are also acceptable. The Tenka staff does its best to accommodate to our customers needs. Please let us know if you have a special request and we will do our best to assist you.
Backorders and Split Cases
In the event that an item is backordered, the Tenka staff will contact you to determine if you would like to substitute products. Customers will not be billed or charged for backordered items until they are shipped. It is the customer responsibility to contact Tenka Flexible Packaging if they would like to cancel any backorders.
Customers may always order in any quantity that is needed. However, an additional 10% will be added to split cases. Please keep this in mind when ordering. Refer to the product section for case quantities.
Return Policy
Tenka Flexible Packaging gladly accepts returns, however the corporate office must authorize
all return shipments. An RMA number will be provided and must be visible on the
outside of the box when it is returned. Please note that there is a 15%
restocking fee on all returned merchandise. Products with custom valve
location, tin tie application, and/or label application may not be returned.
Shipping PolicyTenka Flexible Packaging ships via UPS, FedEx, USPS and various trucking companies. The customer may choose to have the courier of their choice pick up their order at their own expense. Your shipping charges are based upon the weight of your shipment. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.

Our web site uses customer contact information from the registration form to send our customer information about their order, saving coupons and promotional material from our company only. Users may opt-out of our email list or mailings at any time by sending us an email to request to be removed from our email list.

Access to your IP address assists Tenka Flexible Packaging, Inc. with problem analysis and site administration. In addition to identifying you and your shopping cart, your IP address helps Tenka Flexible Packaging Inc. gathers broad demographic information.
